Structure & Clear Expectations
Students succeed when they have structure and clear expectations. I am consistent: the layout is the same every week, the expectations are the same, and I do what I say I will do. Students know what to read, watch and turn-in each week.
The “Start Here” module aims to orient students to how the course will work. It includes my contract with them, where I list what they can rely on me to do.
Students receive Monday module introduction emails and Sunday homework reminder emails each week.
